What types of events do you cover?
Parties, live music, launches and openings, corporate and community events, birthdays and weddings. Gold Coast, Brisbane and the rest of Queensland as standard, and further when the gig calls for it.
How much does event coverage cost?
Coverage starts at $350. What moves the number is how many hours you need on the floor, whether film comes with it, and how fast you want the files. Tell me the date and the run sheet and you get an exact figure, not a range.
How fast do I receive the photos?
The finished, edited photos within 48 hours at the most. Not a teaser folder, the full set. Most photographers take one to three weeks, which is why your recap post never goes out while anyone still cares. Your event page goes live with the photos.
Photo and video at the same event, really?
Yes, and it is a choice, not a compromise. One person moving through the room reads it better than two crews working around each other, and you are not paying twice for the same event. When the event is big enough to need a second pair of hands, I say so before you book.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable. Less than that is often still possible, so ask anyway. Weekends in spring and summer go first.
Do you speak Portuguese?
Yes. I work in English and Portuguese, which matters more than it sounds when half the room switches language mid conversation.
