Most small brands get stuck between two bad options: a freelancer who executes but doesn't think, or an agency that thinks, charges a fortune, and hands back something that sounds like everyone else.
You don't need a bigger budget. You need one person who sees the whole picture and can make every piece of it.
I keep the list short on purpose: a few brands at a time, each with my full attention. Nothing gets handed to a junior or lost in a queue.
